雅思考试失败原因探究

There are various reasons why students do not achieve excellent marks in IELTS test. Some people may wonder why some students participated in class, done all of their homework, studied hard, and had a grip on the IELTS Oral English material. But then the day of the test comes. Suddenly, they blank out, freeze up, zone out, or feel so nervous that they can not get it together to respond to those questions of the examiner, Even though they had completely prepared for the test . Nervousness during the test is one of the biggest reason why candidates can not achieve an ideal mark in the oral test of IELTS.

It's pretty normal to feel a little nervous and stressed before and at a test. Especially, in oral an oral exam because you have to talk to the examiner face to face alone.  And a touch of nervous anticipation can actually help you get revved and keep you at peak performance while you're taking the test. But for some people, this normal anxiety is more intense. The nervousness they feel before a test can be so strong that it interferes with their concentration or performance. Therefore, will affect the result of their exam.

It can help to learn ways to calm yourself down and get centered when you're tense or anxious during the test. For some candidate, they can simply learn a simple breathing exercise during the test and have a proper training about it in their training class before the test.

Everything takes time and practice, and learning to beat test anxiety is no different. Although it won't go away overnight, facing and dealing with test anxiety will help you learn stress management, which can prove to be a valuable skill in many situations besides taking tests.
