(BEIJING, August 8) -- With a big Chinese character hua meaning China printed on his coat, Hong Kong celeb Andy Lau received an exclusive interview with the official website of the 2008 Olympic Games.

As the Goodwill ambassador of the 2008 Beijing Paralympics, Andy presented the newly finished song "Every One is Number One" specially made for the event and expressed his admiration and support for athletes with disabilities.

"Paralympics is different from the Olympics. The most important thing for it is to participate. If you really get a chance to see their competition, you will feel their strength which will always encourage you to move forward no matter what is in front of you."

Everyone was surprised to know that the filming for the 9 minutes long MV of the song was completed within three days. Andy said the work load was pretty heavy but the public was very cooperative, especially when they were told that it was all for the coming Olympics.

Andy also revealed in the interview that he longed to be a volunteer during the Games.

"I've been searching for information for some time. But to offer service as a volunteer is indeed not easy for a public figure. I don't know what I can do. If possible I think I will be a volunteer to help pick up the balls or pass out towels.

Talking about the opening ceremony, Andy was fully confident in the talent of director Zhang Yimou.

"I am looking forward to that event though it's hard to tell at this moment what that will be. I hope that everyone could support it from the bottom of their heart and let the world share the dream with us."

When asked about where he will be this time next year, Andy answered without hesitation.

"I will still be here on the scene and experience the grand Olympics with every one of you."
