[10:35.22]That means that we must make sure that our streets and public buildings,
[10:40.55]such as government offices,schools,hospitals,
[10:46.30]cinemas ans libraries,are safe and accessible to all of us.

[10:55.10]The streets in our cities should be clean,in good repair and safe.
[11:01.13]To make sure that blind people can find their way around our cities,
[11:06.57]we must provide street stones and markers
[11:10.93]that help them get wher they are going.
[11:14.46]Special stones can be used to show paths and crossings.
[11:19.60]For those who are in wheelchairs,
[11:23.36]we should provide level streets and easy access to sidewalks and stores.
