The head of the European Union Observer Mission at the Kenyan presidential election has defended its largely positive initial report. Speaking to the BBC, after the Supreme Court ordered a new vote within 60 days because of irregularities, Marietje Schaake said the report also included criticisms of preparations for the vote.
