BEIJING, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping was named chairman of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Military Commission on Thursday at the first plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
Fan Changlong and Xu Qiliang were named vice chairmen of the CPC Central Military Commission.
