BEIJING, July 1 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Ma Kai on Tuesday met with visiting International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Secretary-General Hamadoun Toure.
The two sides exchanged views on promoting cooperation between China and the ITU as well as other countries in information and communication fields.
