国内英语新闻:China to regulate medical equipment for overseas market
BEIJING, March 13 (Xinhua) -- China will name and shame medical equipment manufacturers caught evading official procedure to sell their products overseas.
Enterprises found to have applied for certificates for sale in overseas market with fabricated data and other fraudulent methods will be banned from reapplying for two years, according to a draft regulation on medical equipment exportation.
The document, released Friday by the China Food and Drug Administration for public opinion suggests that the names and ID numbers of legal representatives of groups caught cheating should be made public.
According to the regulation, companies should keep thorough records of their products, including sale certificates, procurement contracts, quality standards, examination reports, packaging information and customs declaration forms for backtracking.
