BEIJING, March 27 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang Sunday sent a message to Kazakhstan's Prime Minister Karim Massimov to congratulate him on his recent reappointment as the country head of government.

In the congratulatory message, Li highly commented on the development of China-Kazakhstan relations and the achievements made by the two countries in bilateral cooperation in various fields.
