BEIJING, July 2 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislature on Saturday appointed Chen Baosheng as minister of education, replacing Yuan Guiren.
The decision was adopted at the closing meeting of the bi-monthly session of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, which runs from Monday to Saturday.
Chen was Party chief of Chinese Academy of Governance before replacing Yuan.
