体坛英语新闻:Vietnam to attend 2011 Military World Games in Brazil

HANOI, July 5 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam will send two teams of shooting and taekwondo to compete in the 2011 Military World Games held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from July 15 to 26, announced the Vietnam Sports Administration on Monday.
Vietnamese shooters will compete in the individual and team's pistol categories, while six taekwondo artists will perform in six categories, from under 51kg to under 80kg events.
The 2011 Military World Games, officially known as the fifth CISM Military World Games, will be the largest military sports event ever held in Brazil, with approximately 4,900 athletes from over 100 countries and regions competing in 24 sports.
