Sohu forecasted its first-quarter revenue may rise to between 164.5 million and 169.5 million dollars.

Jinko Solar's stock price was up 2.12 dollars this week, to close at 27.15 dollars a share, while Sohu surged 11.88 dollars, or 16.1 percent this week, to settle at 85.76 dollars per share.

RBS maintained Buy rating on Changyou.com Limited (NASDAQ:CYOU), and raised price target from 36 to 40 dollars per share. Nomura maintained Buy rating and 39 dollars price target on Changyou.com Limited.

It rose 6.19 dollars, or 19.6 percent this week, to close at 37.74 dollars per share on Friday.

JA Solar (NASDAQ: JASO) announced a three-year, 400 megawatt deal with a European customer for solar modules after the market close on Tuesday, according to reports.

JA Solar will supply the European company with 100 megawatts of solar modules in 2011, 125 megawatts in 2012, and 175 megawatts in 2013.

It is a leading solar cell maker in the world and already has annual capacity of roughly 2 gigawatts in solar cells. Its stock price surged 0.45 dollars, or 6.6 percent this week, to close at 7.26 dollars per share.

LDK Solar Co, (NYSE: LDK), the solar energy products maker, announced on Wednesday to have raised 164.2 million dollars from a follow-on public offering of 13.8 million American Deposit Shares.

The sale included 1.8 million shares for the underwriters' over-allotment option. Its stocks rose 0.55 dollars, or 4.5 percent this week, to close at 12.83 dollars per share on Friday.

CDC Software Corporation (NASDAQ:CDCS), a global provider of hybrid enterprise software applications and services, announced Tuesday that the company expected its fourth quarter 2010 application sales to be approximately 14.6 million dollars, an increase of approximately 22 percent compared to 12.0 million dollars in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Its stock price fell 0.26 dollars or 3.8 percent this week, to close at 6.58 dollars per share on Friday.
