国际英语新闻:China's economic transformations be furthered through reform: scholar
BEIJING, Dec. 18 (Xinhuanet) -- China’s economic transformations need be further promoted through reform, said Zhou Qiren, former dean of National School of Development, Peking University, at Xinhuanet Thinker cross-border meeting on the economic new normal Wednesday.
Related mechanisms need be set up to optimize investment from both public and private sectors, he said, so that stable economic growth could be maintained.
This meeting was held on Wednesday at Xinhuanet headquarters, presided over by Xinhuanet CEO Tian Shubin. Thinker’s 4.0 version was also launched.
Thinker is a Xinhuanet-operated social media platform aiming to build China‘s high standard think tank and an online platform for idea spreading.
