STOPPING BY WOODS ON 雪夜林边小驻
A SNOWY EVENING
Whose woods these are I think I know. 我晓得这片林子的主人是谁
His house is in the village though; 他的家在村子里
He will not see me stopping here 他不会看到我在此停留
To watch his woods fill up with snow. 看他的树林披上雪衣。
My little horse must think it queer 我的马儿一定在埋怨
To stop without a farmhouse near 为何不在农舍停留
Between the woods and the frozen lake 在林子和冰湖间徘徊
The darkest evening of the year. 在这个月影星疏的夜晚
He gives his harness bells a shake 马儿抖了下缰铃
To ask is there is some mistake 似是问我迷路否
The only other sounds the sweep 风声在寂静的夜里响起
Of easy wind and downy flake 轻柔的带落雪花
The woods are lovely, dark and deep. 树林幽深可爱。
But I have promises to keep, 但投宿尚早啊
And miles to go before I sleep, 我旨在远游
