After months of negotiations, President Joe Biden has signed into law a bipartisan trillion-dollar infrastructure bill.

Steve Bannon was polite during his short appearance before a federal judge, agreeing to pretrial conditions that include surrendering his passport and keeping the court notified of his whereabouts.
