Hello, I'm Eileen McHugh with the BBC News.
The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has told President Trump that Britain favors trade peace, not trade wars as the G7 summit takes place in the French resort of Biarritz. During a breakfast meeting, the two men also discussed Brexit with President Trump predicting that a very big bilateral trade deal could be done quickly once Britain had left the European Union. Our Europe editor Katya Adler is in Biarritz. If when the UK leaves the EU, it's not as if it would have to choose between some kind of trade relations with the EU and some kind of trade relations with the US. The choice is about how close those relations are. I think at that breakfast meeting with a comment by Boris Johnson saying that actually the UK, he said, has benefited from free trade over the last two hundred years and that personally he's not a fan of tariffs. Now an EU contact texted me and said well that's exactly what's gonna happen between the UK and the EU after Brexit unless the relationship is close.

Tens of thousands of Rohingya refugees have rallied in a camp in Bangladesh to mark two years since they fled a military offensive in Myanmar. A repatriation program organized by Bangladesh three days ago quickly ended in failure. More from Electra Naismith. Security was tight at the Kutupalong camp homed to more than half a million Rohingya refugees. Some sang and some prayed as they marked what they called genocide remembrance day. One said we were beaten, killed and raped in Myanmar, but it's our home and we want to go back. But an attempt by Bangladesh on Thursday to start repatriating the more than seven hundred thousand Rohingya who had fled failed when not a single refugee volunteered to return. The Rohingya insist first on receiving citizenship of Myanmar, something the Buddhist majority nation has refused to grant.

Australia has announced plans to block access to websites hosting extremist content at times of crisis. The Prime Minister Scott Morrison said he wanted to ensure terrorists weren't able to glorify their crimes. Both Australia and New Zealand have increased scrutiny of online companies after the attacks on mosques in Christchurch in March in which fifty-one people died. The killings were live streamed on social media.

South Korea has begun military exercises around disputed territory in the sea of Japan, prompting a formal protest from Tokyo. The drills were postponed in June to avoid further stoking tension. Relations have worsened since South Korea ordered Japanese companies to compensate wartime forced laborers. The exercises have gone ahead days after Seoul decided to scrap an intelligence-sharing pact with Tokyo.
